AJC Ltd Board of Directors

The affairs and general business of the Australian Jockey Club Limited are decided upon by a Board of Directors of elected individuals.

The Board of Directors meets once a month or more often if deemed necessary. These meetings are also attended by the Executive and senior managers as required.

Members of the Board of Directors also sit on various committees which meet on a regular basis to consider matters relating to audit, renumeration, licensed persons, The Australian Stud Book and superannuation.
