Warwick Farm

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Warwick Farm Stables

The Australian Jockey Club Limited is seeking expressions of interest from trainers interested in occupying stables at Warwick Farm Racecourse.

Available: 180 new stables in 3 barns of 60 stable each.  

Expressions of interest will be considered for all 180 stables (3 barns), or 120 stables (2 barns), or 60 stables (1 barn).  

Applications for smaller numbers of stables may be considered.  

Location: The stables are located at 2 Stroud Ave, Warwick Farm. Access to the Warwick Farm racecourse from the stable precinct, is via the equine tunnel under Governor Macquarie Drive.  

Outgoings: The lessee shall be responsible for outgoings including electricity, phone, water etc.  

Occupation: The stables may only be occupied by a trainer licensed by Racing NSW and approved by the AJC. Occupation cannot commence prior to 15 September, 2008 and must have commenced by 1 December, 2008.

 Fees: Fees will include a daily charge for using the Warwick Farm facilities, stable rental, and stable maintenance. The fees will be set at competitive rates.

 Expressions of Interest must be received by the Australian Jockey Club by 5.00pm Friday 15 August, 2008.
