Race Day Help
For all Randwick & Warwick Farm race meetings, our senior staff will be dressed in distinctive red coats. Their job will be to listen, offer help and assist with whatever you need to make your raceday more enjoyable.
We value your feedback so whether you have a request, suggestion, complaint or some comment look for the RED and have your say.
If you cannot see one of our brightly dressed customer service representatives, ask at the raceday General Office, Information Booths, or any of the food and beverage staff to contact them for you.
To make things easier, our information girls will also be in red shirts.
